Terms & Conditions
The basis on which Core Utility provides independent utility procurement and related services.
Service scope
Core Utility acts as an independent utility broker. We provide impartial recommendations based on the information you supply, market conditions, and your stated objectives. Our role is to support you in identifying suitable contract options and managing the procurement process.
Accuracy of information
Any quotes, comparisons or recommendations depend on the accuracy of the usage data, meter details and contract information you provide. Incorrect or incomplete information may affect the suitability or accuracy of the options presented.
Contract agreements
All utility contracts are agreements between you and the chosen provider. Core Utility facilitates the procurement and switching process but does not become a party to any supply agreement. You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the final contract terms before proceeding.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, review contract documentation carefully, and notify us of any changes that may affect your procurement or renewal. You are responsible for ensuring that any contract you accept meets your operational and financial requirements.
Our responsibilities
We will act independently, transparently and in your best interests throughout the procurement process. We will not apply pressure, favour specific providers, or withhold information relevant to your decision‑making.
Liability
Core Utility is not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate information provided by you, nor for any contractual terms agreed between you and a utility provider. We do not guarantee future pricing, contract availability or market conditions.
